Weekday lunch at a locality I don’t visit much as always got me excited. Italiano worked best on two footings, cost wise as well as for cuisine preference.
It is a neat place with self-service, their walls are covered with posters all dedicated to the love of food. Unfortunately, they did not have their Panini variety. We ordered for a Peach lemon tea, mushroom pita pockets and aglio olio.
The food was served with not much delay. We loved the pita pockets, soft pita bread was stuffed with heavily covered mushrooms in mayonnaise and cabbage.
However, the aglio olio was made with fusilli pasta rather than the mostly used spaghetti pasta. It was served with vegetables like broccoli, baby corn and olives. I did not like the dry pasta at all, it never blended with the vegetables and tasted as terrible as instant pasta.
Their menu is limited and the price for the quantity is justified. Parking for two wheeler vehicles can be managed inside the compound but cars need to be parked on the main road.
