When I see people posting friyay! I feel like throwing a brick at them cause I work 6 days a week but I can stop complaining this week because of above the sea level at Raintree 😀
This rooftop on the 14th floor simply mesmerized me with their ambiance and decor. They had incense sticks in every corner making sure that the smoking zone did not create uneasiness in the air and for the mosquitoes.
We started with some lamp chops, murg (chicken) tikka, masala peanuts and beverages.
The chicken was tender and flavoured really well. But the lamp chops, though plated really well and looked appealing, it was rough!
The masala peanuts were made well with onions and tomatoes. We had Tagliatelle, spinach, mascarpone and parmesan pasta. It was creamy and made well, we asked them to add some more vegetables in our pasta which blended really well with the sauce.
We skipped ordering more main course and launched straight to desserts and ordered a kulfi 🙂 well it did not match our best street vendor kulfis but it was nevertheless fine.
Was it expensive? Well it’s raintree hotel and the place is on the 14th floor rooftop! It definitely is.
