Believe it or not this is the first time in my life I had sizzlers . we were a group of five people who visited Red Peppers, I was very excited to eat here, one because I was going to have sizzlers and two because we were five people, it simply means more variety of food for me to taste 😀
For starters, we ordered Paneer tikka and Mozzarella fritters. Paneer tikka was something very common but I was very excited for the mozzarella fritters, it is basically mozzarella cheese deep fried and served with mayonnaise.
We then decided to order three different sizzlers. The best part was we could choose if we wanted French fries or potato wedges, we could decide if we want it with rice or noodles and we could even choose the sauces we wanted for our sizzlers, which was the toughest decision because we had a variety of sauces to choose from like mushroom sauce, pepper sauce, barbeque sauce, peri peri sauce Portuguese sauce, basil tomato sauce, bell pepper sauce, mint sauce, lemon butter sauce, schezwan sauce and many more, one has to choose the sauce carefully or ask for the waiter’s help because the wrong sauce would totally make the whole sizzler disastrous.
We choose Veg crispy sizzler, paneer shaslik with barbeque sauce and chilli baby corn with chilli sauce. All three of them arrived sizzling hot within twenty minutes tops.
The best among the three was the crispy veg sizzler, Cauliflower was the main ingredient with other vegetables but I saved some of the gravy so that I can eat it last and relish the taste for a while little longer. Personally, I feel rice would make a better choice than noodles in the sizzler. The paneer sizzler and baby corn sizzlers were fine but I wouldn’t certify the paneer as the softest.
We also got a pitcher for lemonade; it can serve seven full glasses of lemonade. It had pudina (peppermint) also flavoured in it.
The place is decent, nothing fancily decorated. It has both indoor and outdoor seating. It is a place for both family and friends. Since we were five people sharing three sizzlers the waiters had a tough time dividing it equally amongst us. I would suggest skip the starters and just have the sizzlers. One sizzler is more than enough for one person.
The prices are very nominal for their taste and quantity and I would definitely visit it again!!
